current annual fee is ₤49, and if you choose to remove your advert from Propri at any time, you are free to do so.

Our client friendly interface means that it is very easy to manage your property advert yourself.
You can view, amend, add to any part of your advert, whether text or pictures.
We offer up to a 50 picture upload, so you can show your property off to its full potential.
We have integrated an internal messaging system for your convenience and security, so people can contact you via your Propri account.
You can even reply to these messages through Propri, instead of using your personal email, thereby adding to even greater security.
For Sale / Let / Hire Boards
Our boards are made from the highest standard correx, and the same which Estate Agents use to market their Clients’ properties.
We are one of the only companies to offer you ‘for hire’ boards, if you are placing your property for hire with us.
The board can be purchased after you complete your advert to sell, let or hire.
