By using the Propri website, you are subject to and accept the Terms and Conditions of Use.  Updates to our Terms and Conditions maybe made from time to time without notice to you.  Our Privacy Policy confirms how your data will be used within our site.

First Registration
When you register with us, we never pass your details onto Third Parties.  We do not use your details in any other way, than for the sole purpose of the Propri website.

Full Registration
If you wish to advertise properties for sale, let or hire; you will have to complete a ‘full’ registration with us.  We never pass your details onto Third Parties.  We do not use your details in any other way than for the sole purpose of the Propri website.

Advertising Your Property
By submission of your property details for advertisement on our website you adhere to the following facts:

1. If you are property owner selling a home incorporating 4 bedrooms or more from the 1st August 2007, then you have made it your sole duty to purchase a HIP.The website propri.com are not Estate Agents, and will 'not' be held liable for HIP Penalty Fines, or any other relevant fines, charges, sentences or implications in due regard; neither will we be held financially liable for damages or expenses of any kind as a result of the property owner 'not' fulfilling their duties posed within the Home Information Pack Regulations. 2. 3. You oblige Propri to publish your advertisement details for you on our website, and to be sent for publishing on our advertising network if you have opted for this choice of advertising;
4. You are the legal owner of the property, with full and sole right through law and/or with local authority permission, to sell, let or place for hire the said property;
5. All details supplied by you in registration and in the property particulars are a true, accurate and honest description of the property you are advertising.  Any false information maybe edited or deleted by Propri, to comply with the  Property Misdescriptions Act 1991   and the  Property Misdescriptions (Specified Matters) Order 1992 
6. You are solely responsible for the ‘content’ of your property advertisement on the Propri website.  If you do supply false descriptions and/or statements and/or property pictures, and/or you ‘do not’ hold full and sole right to sell, let, or place for hire the property you have placed for advertising on the Propri website; you will be held solely responsible for all claims made in law, as well as monetary claims and expenses thereto; and/or fines arising from any such claims, in regard to the content of the advertisement and placement of such advertisement on the Propri website
7. As soon as we receive the payment for your advert, your advertisement will commence immediately on the Propri website, but is subject to non-interruption of the website at the time of advertisement placement;
8. You will keep Propri informed if you have sold your property or you wish not to accept anymore offers, this can be done by you through your Propri Account Page;
9. You will keep Propri informed if you have let your property, or you wish not to accept anymore offers, this can be done by you through your Propri Account Page;
10. If you have a ‘property for hire’ and you wish the property details not to be held on the Propri website any longer, you should delete the listing yourself;
11. You will not at anytime transfer the single property listing you have already placed on Propri, to another property listing; without paying the full fee for the next listing;
12. In submitting to these Terms and Conditions, you agree that you will not place any explicit material or content, or abusive material or content on the Propri website. Any such material or content will be removed, and if necessary; will be sent to the appropriate Law Enforcement Authorities.

If you have ‘sold’ or ‘let’ your property or it is placed ‘under offer’ or ‘STC’, Propri will not delete your property from our database, but it will be shown as being either sold, under offer, or sold stc; or let, if it is a rental property, to those browsing the website.

 Advertising Your Property on Our Advertising Network
As a guide it normally takes 48 hours for your property to be uploaded onto our advertising network.  Due to possible interruptions to our site for upgrade and/or maintenance etc, or possible interruptions to our advertising network, we cannot guarantee the 48 hour limit, and sometimes, this may take longer.  Therefore, if for these technical reasons and reasons beyond our control; we cannot assure or state a said amount of hours or days in which your advertisement will be placed on our advertising network.

Our advertising network is a completely separate entity from the Propri website, and we cannot verify or guarantee in what format your details will be shown, how they will organise the data received from us, or what category your advert will be placed in on their site(s).

Propri will purely convey to our advertising network the information they require from the property advertisement you have given us; we do not accept any responsibility either legally or monetary for non-placement of your advert, any loss of your advert, for the time limits they keep your advert on their site, or for interruptions/disturbances or delay in your advertisement being shown on our advertising network.

Using Estate Agent(s) as well as Us
It is possible to use an Estate Agent as well as Propri to market your property, but beware of the Agent’s Contract which could make you liable to their costs, even if you find a buyer, renter or hirer through us. 

We will not be held legally or financially responsible for any costs, fees, commissions, disbursements, damages or expenses arising out of such Agreements or Contracts with an individual Estate Agent/Estate Agency or multiple Estate Agencies etc; and these Agreements or Contracts will be the sole undertaking of the seller or landlord of such property.

Our Prices
The price you see is the price you pay, there are no extra costs, hidden charges or fees, and we do not seek any other fee or commission from you during or after the proceeds of sale, let or hire of your property.  We reserve the right to amend our prices or packages at any time without notice to you.

Our Sale / Let / Hire Boards
We have teamed up with a well reputed sign board company to offer you boards at a discounted price.  Our boards are made of strong correx, and display our sign and website address

We do not guarantee any aspect of these boards, and we will not be held financially or legally responsible for lateness in receiving the board, damage to the board on transit; or damage before, on or after the erection of such.  We neither have any responsibility in regard to aftercare of these boards, of which questions will have to be directed to the manufacturer.

Note: Under planning regulation rules, you can place only ‘one’ sign board outside each property to be sold or let, therefore, you cannot place ‘our’ board next to, or on the same post as an Agency board.

Link your URL
If you are advertising a property for hire, we permit you to link your website to your advert on Propri.  We allow you to link your website only if it pertains to the hire property on our site, and must not contain any undue or explicit content or third party advertising, if so, such link will be removed.  We can only guarantee that your website will be linked to the Propri website.

Links to Other Sites
Propri does include on its website third party services but your details will never be sent by us to these third party sites.  It is your sole choice if you decide to register with these sites yourself; we never give out your details to any third parties.

Any links provided on our website merely act as a convenience for you, and we do not endorse any policies/practices/opinions/accuracies of these third party sites, linked to or from Propri.

Disruption of Service
At times we may need to upgrade or carry out maintenance work on our site without prior notice, and so, you may experience a short interruption or a temporary loss in service if we do so.  We will make every effort to keep this interruption to a minimum and to undertake any work as quickly as possible.

We cannot guarantee full availability of the site at all times, and will not be held financially liable or responsible in anyway, on account of this. 

Refunds
Refunds are given at our discretion, and maybe offered after review of the circumstances.
We reserve the right to offer a refund if:

1. You have received an offer from a buyer/renter/hirer who has or has not come through our website, and you wish to remove your property from our website with a full or partial refund
2. You have sold, let or hired out the property to any person(s) who have or have not come through our website and you wish to remove your property from our website with a full or partial refund.
3. You wish to remove a property placed for hire on Propri after paying the set annual fee, and before the year is up, with a full or partial refund
   
   Your statutory rights are not affected.

Complaints
If you have a complaint, please let us know.  We try our best to ensure our service to you is of the highest standard, however, if there is something you do not agree with, or we have made any error, please make us aware of such, and we will do everything we can to put this right.  We aim to make contact with you within 48 hours of the received complaint.

Disputes and liability payouts
If there are any disputes for loss due to the ‘foreseen’ negligence of Propri; apart from loss due to website upgrades and maintenance, we will pay out a monetary amount, but not exceeding the amount paid to us by you for placement of your advertisement of your property on the Propri website.

Copyright
The Propri website is subject to Copyright Laws, and cannot be copied or reproduced as such.

In placing your advert on Propri, you agree to permit Propri copyright to your details, information and photographs, solely for us to place these details, information and photographs onto our website for sale, let or hire purposes; for your convenience. 

You further agree for us to give copyright of your details, information and photographs to our advertising network, solely for them to use in order to advertise your property.  Your advert will also offer a ‘print-out’ of details, information and photographs of your property to those who use the Propri website, and you permit Propri to allow for such details to be printed by our users.

If you are also using an Estate Agency, or have used one in the past in regard to the property advertised on the Propri website, you will have to be granted permission by the Agency if you wish to use photographs taken by them, or property particulars drawn up by them, as they will hold copyright to these photographs and particulars as such.  It is the client’s sole responsibility to the Estate Agent / Agency if this copyright is breached and Propri shall not be held financially liable or in breach in any form.

Our Provisions
The Propri website is exclusively for advertising your property for private sale, let or hire by the sole legal owner who has legal right to sell, let or hire out the property as such.  We do not give legal, financial or other professional advice. 

Decisions on selling/buying, letting/renting or hiring are serious matters, which should not be taken lightly, and we recommend that you speak to your solicitor first before entering into such decisions, Agreements or Contracts.

You agree and understand that it is your choice to deal with any of the linked sites within our website and Propri shall not be held liable for any damages or expenses of any kind with respect to your dealings with these third parties sites.

We cannot guarantee that by placing your property on our website it will be sold, let or hired out; and we cannot give any time limits as to when you will find buyers, renters or hirers.  What we can guarantee however is that our pricing is extremely reasonable with comparison to Estate Agent commissions, fees or charges and we do not ask you to sign any Contracts.  We do not take any commission during or after sale, let or hire, and you are able to keep your property on our website until sold or let, with no time limits.  You are also able to remove your hire property at anytime from the Propri website.

The links we have with our advertising network is able to generate a response to an advert much faster than with the sole use of an Estate Agent.
